The Barn at Little Trefula is a no smoking area.The standard let runs from Sunday to Sunday. A 25% deposit is required with booking, the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the let. The property is available from 3.30 p.m. of the first day of the let until 10 a.m. on the last. Summer electricity* and linen are included in the price, towels are £10 per week extra. The rooms will be cleaned before you arrive and linen changed each week. A full inventory which is checked at the end of each let will be made available. No lets of more than 4 weeks at a time can be accepted. The accommodation may not be occupied by more than 4 persons (plus baby) except by prior arrangement when an extra charge will be made. Cot and high-chair are available free of charge on request. Off-season breaks and pets by advance arrangement only.
From £240 to £566 per week (Sunday to Sunday) for up to 4 persons, towels £10 per week extra. A twin sofa-bed is available to provide additional sleeping accommodation, by prior arrangement, for a maximum of 2 further persons at an additional charge of £25 per person per week. Off-season short breaks are available on request from £150 for up to 4 nights.
* Until 1st May and from 2nd October a winter supplement of £7 per day applies.
